Day 1 - Gjøvik

After landing at Oslo-Gardermoen, you take the train and then the bus to Gjøvik, the birthplace of our agency. You'll be met by your French-speaking receptionist, who will show you the way to your hotel.

Take advantage of the day to discover the most beautiful viewpoints on the lake. Go mountain biking, embark on an unusual cruise, relax at the spa and sample the local gastronomy.

Day 2 et 3 - Gjøvik

Activity
Kayaking and fishing on Lake Mjøsa

Your host will introduce you to the waters of the largest natural lake in Norway aboard kayaks. For example, you can paddle towards the island of Helgøya, facing Gjøvik. You might even cross paths with the Skibladner, the world's oldest paddle steamer still in operation!

You can also try your hand at fishing, with valuable tips from your host.

Summer excursion to Skumsjøen

Your host will take you to Lake Skumsjøen for a day in the heart of nature. Kayaking, mountain biking, barbecue—experience the day like the locals.

You’ll experience outdoor life, Norwegian-style. Here, access to nature is a constitutional right, and Norwegians take great care of their environment.

Day 4 et 5 - Oslo

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Gjøvik by train, which will take you to Oslo in two hours. You will then head to your hotel in the capital to drop off your luggage, and afterwards, you can explore the city at your own pace.

You will have 2 days to explore the Opera district, the Bygdøy Peninsula and its museums, the Kvadraturen district, as well as the City Hall and the Akershus Fortress. You’ll find plenty of dining options, especially along Karl Johan Avenue or in the Aker Brygge area.

Day 6 - Balestrand

This day will take you from Oslo to Balestrand. You will board the Bergensbanen, one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. Upon arrival in Myrdal, you will transfer to the Flåmsbana, the famous panoramic train.

Once in Flåm, you will explore the Aurlandsfjord, where you will cruise until reaching the Sognefjord and Balestrand.

Day 7 - Balestrand et le Sognefjord

You have a free day in Balestrand on the Sognefjord. You can try your hand at hiking, visit a cider mill with a tasting session, or visit Balestrand's small tourism museum.

Day 8 - Bergen

Board a ferry that will take you up the Sognefjord to the Norwegian coast, then head for Bergen. At the end of the day, you can start exploring the city.

Day 9 - Bergen

Explore the Brygge district, the Akvariet aquarium, the KODE museum, or take a ride on the famous Fløibanen funicular. Take advantage of your second day to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 10 - Retour en France

Transfer to Bergen airport and board the plane for your return to France.
