Besseggen
Jotunheimen spans no less than 3,500 km² in eastern Norway. It is located within one of the country’s most popular national parks.
The most popular hikes are Galdhøpiggen and Glittertind, which reach altitudes of 2,469m and 2,464m, respectively, making them the highest in the country.
Another popular hike in the Jotunheimen massif is the Besseggen ridge. You can begin with a short boat trip on Lake Gjende, then return to your starting point by walking along the ridge, at an altitude of 1,743m.
