Day 2
Oslo is a European capital city, mixing nature and culture. Between the fjord and Nordmarka forest, the city offers a lot of green areas, such as Frogner Park, where you can see fanous local artist Gustav Vigeland's work (approximately 200 sculptures). The city hosts several museums, such as the MUNCH dedicated to the work of Edvard Munch, the museums at the end of the Bygdøy peninsula or the ski museum in Holmekollen.

Day 3
Take the train to Gjøvik, a 30,000-inhabitant city located on Mjøsa, Norway's largest natural lake. Our agents will joyfully welcome you and show you around. Gjøvik hosts several attractions, such as the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics ice-rink under the mountain or the DS Skibladner, the world's oldest still operating paddle steamer. You can also enjoy a unique view of the lake from Fredvika sauna.

Day 4
Whereas you choose the summer or the winter for your trip, Skumsjøen is the place to enjoy a typical norwegian day. This lake is located in the middle of the forest, and depending on the season, you will be able to cross country ski on its surface, on sail it with rental canoes. Our agents will join you for lunch and prepare you a typical norwegian BBQ.

Day 5
Depending on the season you will take the bus or sail on the DS Skibladner to go to Lillehammer. This 28,000-inhabitant city is famous for hosting the 1994 Winter Olympics. Enjoy the afternoon to climb to the top of the ski jump, or simply visit the city.

Day 6
Besides being known for hosting a major sport event in the 90's, Lilllehammer is also famous for hosting Maihaugen, one of Norway's larget open air museums. It is dedicated to the country's history and is home for recreations of typical streets, as well as an original stave church. In the evening, try out the local brewery, that serves homemade beers as well as great meals.

Day 7
Board the Dovre Railway to Kongsvoll. This small hamlet, located on the pilgrimage route from Oslo to Trondheim, is home to some buildings built during the 12th century, on the banks of the river Driva. Take the time to discover these monuments steeped in history.

Day 8
This day is dedicated to visiting the Dovrefjell National Park. Your guide will take you to the high plateaus and help you spot musk oxen, some of the last survivors of the ice age. Starting from Kongsvoll, this excursion will take you nearly all day. You will then board the train to Trondheim.

Day 9
Visit Trondheim, Norway's previous capital city. The city was founded in 997 by king Olav Tryggvason and is closely related to the Vikings. Located on the mouth of the river Nidelva and by the Trondhjemsford, Trondheim is home for plenty of historical landmarks, suck as the Nidaros cathedral or the old city center.

Day 10
Depending on your flight, you will be able to visit the city a little more. Then take the bus to go to the airport.
